When Can You Request a Return or Replacement?

We happily accept return or replacement requests if:
✅ The product is damaged during transit.
✅ You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
✅ The size isn’t right (for cushion covers & home linen).

🚫 We are unable to accept returns for:
❌ Change of mind or personal preference (color, texture, fragrance, or design).
❌ Slight variations in color due to screen resolution differences.
❌ Products purchased under discounts, sales & offers (unless damaged or incorrect).
❌ Gifting Collection (unless damaged & reported within 24 hours of delivery).

How to Request a Return or Refund?

To make the process smooth and quick, we require an unboxing video and clear photos as proof of the issue.

📌 Steps to Follow:
1️⃣ Record a Video While Opening the Package 📸 – A clear, continuous, uncut video showing the unboxing and highlighting any issues (damage, wrong item, missing product).
2️⃣ Take Clear Photos 📷 – Ensure the issue is visible.
3️⃣ Email us at support@lushlyf.co within 7 days of delivery with your Order Number & Registered Email/Phone Number along with the video & photos.

🚨 No return/refund requests will be accepted without an unboxing video.

What Happens Next?

✔️ We Review Your Request 📩 – Our team will check your submission within 5 business days.
✔️ We Arrange a Pickup 📦 – If approved, we’ll schedule a free reverse pickup from your location.
✔️ Product Quality Check 🔍 – Once we receive your returned item, our team will verify it.
✔️ Refund or Replacement 💰 – If approved, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 48-72 hours.

💡 Refund Timeline: Your refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 business days.
💡 For COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (after you share details).
