Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origin:
   All orders are shipped from our office in Dwarka, New Delhi, India.

2. Order Placement and Operational Hours:

   • Orders can be placed anytime on our website: Lushlyf.co.
   • Operational hours for order processing: 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.

3. Dispatch Timeline:
   All orders will be prepared for dispatch and dispatched within 2-3 business days of placement. However, delays may occur due to force majeure events or issues caused by our logistics or carrier partners (Delhivery, iThink Logistics, Shiprocket).

4. Delivery Timelines:

   • Domestic Shipping: Average delivery timeline is 5-7 business days post-dispatch.
   • International Shipping: Average delivery timeline is 10-15 business days post-dispatch.
     Delivery timelines may vary due to distance, location, customs clearance (for international orders), and unforeseen factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Options:

   • Free Shipping: Available for domestic purchases above ₹499 and delivers within 7 working days.
   • Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery within 3 working days (domestic only). Charges - Rs.250/- per order.
     Please Note: These timelines are committed but not guaranteed and may be delayed due to natural calamities, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified via email or SMS in such cases.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders:

   • Notify us in writing within 15 business days from the order date or within 24 business hours after receiving communication from the logistics provider.
   • Upon notification, we will coordinate with the logistics partner to arrange a replacement or refund. However, resolution is subject to a case-by-case basis.

7. Delivered but Not Received:

   • Notify us within 2-3 business days if the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received the package.
   • Delayed notification may limit our ability to assist, as the logistics provider may not accept complaints beyond this period.

8. Delays Due to Force Majeure Events:
   In cases of pandemics, epidemics, or other force majeure events, delivery timelines may vary. Customers will be notified of any such delays or changes to delivery schedules via email or SMS.

9. Post-Delivery Responsibility:
   We are not responsible for products damaged after delivery unless a written complaint is submitted within 48 business hours of receipt.

10. Shipping Charges:
    Shipping and handling charges are determined based on product specifications, packaging, and selected shipping options. These charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

11. Customer Confirmation:
    Upon delivery, an SMS confirming acceptance of the order will be sent. We are not liable if the package is received and signed by someone other than the registered customer.

12. Policy Changes:
    This policy is final and binding as of the current date. The Company reserves the right to amend the policy at its discretion without prior notice.

Out-of-Stock Policy

1. High-Demand Scenarios:
   During festive or sale seasons, products may become out of stock due to high demand.

2. Customer Notification and Options:

   • In such cases, we will inform you and discuss how you would like the order to be handled.
   • You may opt for:
     • A refund for the out-of-stock product(s).
     • Priority shipping of the product(s) once back in stock, while other items in the order are shipped as is.

3. Stock Replenishment:
   We strive to restock items promptly and ensure clear communication about your order status.

4. Policy Changes:
   This policy is final and binding as of the current date. The Company reserves the right to amend the policy at its discretion without prior notice.
